NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Power Authority of the State of New York will hold a public hearing in the Community Room of the Power Vista Visitors’ Center at the Authority’s Niagara Power Project, 5777 Lewiston Road, Lewiston, New York on Monday, May 7, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. on the terms and conditions of nine proposed agreements between the Authority and the following entities for the sale of power and energy from the Niagara Power Project:
City of Niagara Falls School District
Lewiston-Porter School District
Niagara Wheatfield School District
Copies of the proposed agreements may be inspected at the Authority’s office at the address below and at other designated locations, or obtained from the address listed below.
Those wishing to make an oral statement at the hearing shall provide to the Authority, in writing, in advance of the hearing, their name(s), the name of the organization or group they represent and the estimated length of their statement, which should not exceed five minutes.
Six copies of any written statements or memoranda shall be filed with the Authority prior to the hearing. For further information, including the address of other Authority offices at which copies of the proposed agreements may be inspected, contact:
