Introduction and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
Mark Thomas called the meeting to order at 10:02am. After introductions around the room, Rob Daly moved to have the minutes from the February 26, 2010 meeting approved; Mark Thomas seconded the motion. The minutes were approved unanimously.

Two projects were submitted for approval for funding and have been found consistent by the Niagara River Greenway Commission.

Fort Niagara Soccer Field Comfort Station - $560,000
Dave Szuba, Capital Facilities Manager, presented the proposal for the Fort Niagara Soccer Field Comfort Station. Some highlights are:

• There is a need for a comfort station for the playfields used for soccer, lacrosse, dog shows and scouting events.
• The project is to erect a comfort station for this area integrated with a pavilion.
• The comfort station will be open year round, heated with radiant floor heat.

Rob Daly asked where exactly the comfort station will be. Dave Szuba responded near the sledding hill and soccer fields. The design will be complete in the next few months and should begin construction this winter.

Rob Daly motioned to approve funding for $560,000, seconded by Mark Thomas. The vote was unanimous.

Four Mile Creek 200 Loop Comfort Station- $540,000
Dave Szuba, Capital Facilities Manager presented the proposal for the Four Mile Creek 200 Loop Comfort Station. Highlights are:

• Add a comfort station in the 200 Loop camping area
• Will replace existing comfort station
• Similar to the recently built one in the 100 Loop area
• Will be open year round, heated
• Design is already complete, ready to move to bid
• More bathroom facilities than the Fort Niagara project

Rob Daly motioned to approve funding for $540,000, Mark Thomas seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
