Action Items/Agreements
- The Committee elected the USFWS as the interim Vice
Chair.
- Indian Nations need to consult with their leadership
about Riverine Restoration Program and give the group their decision.
- The Committee agreed multi-year projects could be
funded annually based on reporting.
- Buffalo Niagara Riverkeeper needs to clarify that grant
writing is for the Riverine Restoration Program and not other projects and
provide a job description for the Riverine Restoration Coordinator.
- Greenway ESC members will attend next Greenway Commission
meeting. Afterwards, they will caucus about funding for the ESF’s Muskellunge proposal.
- Committee members should send their comments on the ESF proposal to NYPA by 12/19 so Ed Alkiewicz can forward them to ESF.
