Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 6:10 pm.

Committee members present:  David Colligan-BOPC; Holly Sinnott-Erie County; Karen Fleming-City of Buffalo; Robert Daly-NYPA.

Committee alternates present: Anne Joyce-BOPC; Brian Reilly-City of Buffalo.

The committee unanimously selected Holly Sinnott as Chairperson.

The Chair provided a review of the draft Standing Committee Protocols. 

The committee unanimously adopted the Standing Committee Protocols.

The committee set June 15, 2008 as a deadline for project submission to the Standing Committee for consideration in the first round of funding.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 pm.
