  • 12/07/2005 – Letter informing the Town of Amherst, NY that their existing information is adequate for FERC to complete the environmental analysis of the Niagara Power Project. Available in pdf and html formats.
  • 11/21/2005 – The Power Authority of the State of New York’s Answer to the Town of Amherst’s late-filed request for an additional study. Available in pdf and html formats.
